Shipping, Delivery & Payment Terms

 Stock merchandise from out warehouse ships daily from San Diego, CA, usually within 24 hours of receiving your order.  The order may be shipped with Fedex, UPS, or USPS (United States Postal System) and a tracking number will be emailed at time of shipment.  In some instances, select items are custom manufactured; i.e. unique items, large quantity, or custom requests may take up to 30 days to ship. 

Flat rate shipping based on product order value:

$0 to $100 = $9.97

$100.01 to $200.00 = $14.97

$200.01 to $250.00 = $19.97

$250.00  or more = Free Shipping

You can make payments by mailing in a check, COD, or visiting Dwolla online to pay by ACH. Payment terms are net 30 days with proper credit approval. Prices are subject to change without notice. The credit application is available by contacting customer service.

 

Return of Merchandise

Please contact Customer Service for a return authorization number. All returns must be within 30 days of invoice date. A 20% restocking fee will be charged. All merchandise must be in original packaging in saleable condition. Customer is responsible for returned freight. Credit applies to merchandise only.
